Our Story
Creating Innovative Training Programs for Athletes in the Tri-State Area
CARD’s story may technically have started in 2024, but its origins began long before. Shaped by his past experiences, our director, Connor Hanson, wanted to create a blend of training that pulled the best from his times at the Big Ten, SEC, A10, high school & past private sector work. In doing so, CARD began to take shape, with its goal of creating Confident, Accountable, Resilient, and Dynamic Athletes.

Confidence – It all starts and stops with how you approach your mental state. An athlete who is confident already has a leg up on their competition.
Accountable – Something every leader, classmate, & teammate should strive to be be. Without accountability, your chances of reaching your goals suffer.
Resilient – Not only is the best ability, availability; but to be able to fight in the face of adversity and through tough times ensures in ones’ ability to outmatch their opponent.
Dynamic – To be able to be multi-dimensional not only makes you a larger asset to your team and program, but also creates mismatches for the opposing teams and players.

Frequently Asked Question
What do the sessions look like?
Each session is broken down into 2 parts. The first part involves a dynamic warm-up, speed/agility, and testing; all of which is done together as a group. The second part incorporates resistance training & plyometrics which is individualized per athlete.
How will I be able to track my progress?
We do all our programming through the Teambuildr App. It will house your workouts for each day AND what we test each and every week. Through using the app, you’ll be able to look at historical data to see trends on how you’re improving!
How do we schedule & pay?
All of our scheduling and payments are ran through EZFacility. Once you have an account, you’ll be able t o purchase your sessions and schedule them through one convenient portal! Click “Schedule Sessions” at the bottom or top of our page to get started!
Do you offer discounts for training?
Yes! We offer discounts for any teams or schools we work with; when multiple family members are training; and for any referrals! We also have a scholarship program offered each semester to select athletes! Just reach out, and we’ll make sure to get it set up for you!
